Alpha One 10% 25K is Alpha Capital Group's one-phase assessment with a $2,500 target and a $1,500 balance-trailing loss allowance. It uses a 4% daily limit and at least one evaluation trading day. The $187 regular reference fee calculates to $93.50 with first-purchase COMPARE50 or $130.90 with later-purchase COMPARE.

These are separate calculations from CFP's official-catalog snapshot of 6 October 2026. The first-purchase saving is $93.50; the later-purchase saving is $56.10. The final order must identify the 10% Alpha One variant and any extras. Other Alpha One percentages documented in the help center do not automatically share this fee or risk allowance.

Evaluation and risk rules

RuleAlpha One 10% 25K
Evaluation target$2,500
Maximum-loss allowance$1,500
Initial trailing floor$23,500
Daily loss at the initial reference$1,000
Minimum evaluation days1
Forex leverage ceiling1:30
Reward packageOn-demand, subject to its conditions

The overall floor trails the highest recorded account balance, rather than remaining fixed at $23,500. Alpha's official example describes a fixed loss allowance moving upward with the balance high-water mark until the floor reaches starting balance.

Following the floor through three checkpoints

Balance high-water markTrailing floor before lock
$25,000$23,500
$26,000$24,500
$26,500$25,000, then locked

A later fall in balance does not push the floor back down. If the balance reaches $26,000 and then retreats to $25,200, the distance from the $24,500 floor is $700. That is less than the original $1,500 allowance despite the account still showing $200 profit.

This example isolates the overall floor. The daily calculation and floating equity can become restrictive earlier, so both dashboard thresholds must be checked.

Passing the account and requesting a performance fee

One minimum trading day is an evaluation condition, not a promise of a one-day payout. The profit target, current rules and review must be satisfied before qualification. After qualification, on-demand requests must meet the selected package's profit minimum and best-day consistency requirement.

Using the 40% on-demand reference, a $750 best day requires at least $1,875 total profit to reach the mathematical boundary. A hypothetical $2,000 total gives 37.5%. The remaining loss allowance and request minimum still matter; passing a consistency test alone does not authorize the entire profit balance for withdrawal.

Withdrawal planning with a locked floor

Once the overall floor has locked at $25,000, a withdrawal reduces the balance without lowering that floor. If a hypothetical pre-request balance is $27,000 and the account debit is $500, the remaining balance is $26,500, or $1,500 above the locked floor before further losses and costs.

Track the account debit separately from the amount received after the profit split. Qualified performance fees use the selected standard or upgraded share, and their payment terms remain separate from the purchase coupon.

Holding permissions and execution rules

Alpha One's current documents permit weekend holding, unlike qualified Alpha Pro. News-window and minimum-duration rules still apply. Check the exact plan's qualified permissions before carrying a position through an event.

Alpha One may suit a trader who wants one phase and can manage a rising balance-based floor. A trader expecting the loss allowance to remain fixed below starting balance should compare a static Pro or Swing model instead.
