Quick answer: Alpha Futures lets you complete KYC before passing an evaluation. Verification must clear before contract signing, and the Qualified agreement expires 30 days after the evaluation pass. Preparing identity checks early protects the time available for that agreement.

Verified code: COMPARE. Offer: up to 50% off eligible Alpha Futures accounts. See the Alpha Futures offer for the current purchase scope.

Official rules and list prices reviewed: 9 October 2026. This guide addresses evaluation-to-Qualified onboarding, rather than Direct's separate purchase route.

Complete the identity review before the contract clock becomes urgent

The official KYC guide routes verification through Dashboard → Profile → KYC → Veriff. It allows up to 48 hours for compliance review and recommends starting at or before the first purchase.

Complete verification and the selfie yourself. VPS/VPN use during KYC is prohibited. The listed documents include passports and driving licences. Residence-permit wording is inconsistent: the page includes that document, then says permits are not accepted. Ask official support about your exact document before relying on it. Follow the secure verification flow; do not send identity scans to a coupon publisher.

Track the agreement deadline from the pass

The Qualified activation instructions place KYC before signing and give traders 30 days from passing to sign the agreement. They state that Qualified account delivery takes 24 hours or less after the required steps are completed. That delivery estimate begins after those steps, rather than automatically at the profit-target notification.

Use the pass confirmation and dashboard deadline as the reference. The public guide does not specify every timezone or deadline-boundary detail. If the displayed date is unclear, obtain confirmation while there is still time to resolve a problem. Do not assume that a pending support ticket pauses expiry.

The activation article also distinguishes older Advanced purchases from accounts bought after 8 July 2026, which require no activation fee. Keep the purchase date attached to the account record instead of applying a current fee statement to every historical purchase.

Check country eligibility before scheduling verification

The country limitations policy requires either residence or citizenship in a non-restricted country. It also prohibits trading while visiting or travelling through a restricted country.

These are separate questions: the basis for eligibility and where trading will actually occur. Compare your circumstances with the current official list before purchase or travel. A previously accepted identity check should not be treated as permission to trade from every destination. Ask about uncertain circumstances rather than using location-masking software to conceal them.

Resolve payment identity before placing the order

Alpha Futures' third-party payment policy prohibits purchases using another person's card or account. During Qualified onboarding, the payment-card name is cross-checked against the KYC profile.

For example, a relative offering to pay does not resolve this requirement. Settle the permitted payment method before checkout. A shortened surname, transliteration or recent name change deserves a precise support question; the published policy does not establish automatic exceptions for those cases. Never alter identity documents to make inconsistent records appear to match.

Keep the purchase budget separate from approval

These representative USD starting fees are currently listed on the official Zero, Standard and Advanced pages. Each row is an initial monthly evaluation payment. The final column assumes the full 50% maximum applies to that purchase; eligibility and that rate are not guaranteed.

Evaluation planSizeRegular initial monthly fee USDCodeAssumed discountConditional saving USDConditional final base price USD
Zero$25,000$89.00COMPARE50% if eligible$44.50$44.50
Standard$50,000$129.00COMPARE50% if eligible$64.50$64.50
Advanced$50,000$209.00COMPARE50% if eligible$104.50$104.50

Calculate the actual base price as regular fee × (1 − accepted discount). A $129 fee at 50% produces $64.50; a smaller accepted reduction produces a higher amount. No stacking, renewal discount, reset reduction, tax or optional-service coverage is assumed.

The product cards describe continuing Qualified monthly pricing, while the subscription help page says Qualified traders have no monthly subscription. Obtain purchase-specific confirmation before budgeting that stage. The table only calculates the first evaluation payment.

Make the unresolved step visible

Maintain a short private record with the purchase reference, account model, pass date, verification status, agreement deadline and any support case reference. A status record should help locate a problem without becoming a repository of passport images, passwords or payment-card details.

For a blocked transition, identify the exact missing outcome. Is verification still pending, is a document question unresolved, or is the agreement unavailable despite an accepted identity status? Include that distinction and the displayed deadline in the support request. Keep the response with the relevant account so advice for one purchase is not accidentally applied to another.

The general return policy says sales are final, while the KYC guide describes refunds for passed or active evaluations when screening cannot be passed. Obtain written case-specific confirmation. Do not assume that Direct purchases, previously breached accounts or an expired agreement qualify.

Redeem COMPARE after the readiness checks

  1. Open the official Alpha Futures site and review country eligibility.
  2. Select the evaluation model, size and platform deliberately.
  3. Resolve identity-document and payment-name questions before paying.
  4. Enter COMPARE in the coupon field and apply it.
  5. Check the actual discount, final total and renewal terms, then save the order record if you purchase.
  6. Complete the official KYC flow yourself and track the agreement deadline after passing.

Read the Alpha Futures review for wider account rules. Evaluation and Qualified trading are simulated. Fees can be lost, and approval does not guarantee earnings or payouts. Compare Futures Prop may earn affiliate commission through links or codes.
