AquaFutures News Trading Rules + Coupon Code COMPARE
OCT 5
2026
Quick answer: AquaFutures' current Daily and Instant rules allow opening, managing and closing trades during news events. That permission does not authorize execution abuse: the general trading policy still restricts exploitative behavior and reserves the right to review or restrict trading around major releases. Use COMPARE for the site's listed 25% purchase discount on Futures accounts.
Code: COMPARE
Facts checked: 5 October 2026. This guide explains the difference between a model's ordinary news permission and the broader execution rules. It does not import Forex news windows into the Futures program.
Purchase prices for the two account routes
The current official Futures selector supplies these base prices. The AquaFutures offer supplies the 25% COMPARE rate.
All amounts are USD base purchase fees. No second promotion is stacked, and no separately priced extra is included. Daily and Instant have different qualification paths, so a higher purchase fee should not be interpreted as broader permission to ignore conduct rules.
What the current model pages actually permit
The Daily account rules expressly allow news trading during both evaluation and funded stages. The Instant account rules also allow it. Both describe freedom to open, manage and close positions around high-impact releases while warning about volatile execution.
Those statements do not set a universal fixed two-minute or five-minute exclusion window for these models. A Forex rule or an older AquaFutures model page should not be substituted for the current account-specific documentation.
Why permission is not a blanket exemption
The prohibited-strategies policy addresses behavior that exploits differences between simulation and live execution. It includes abuse of delayed fills, thin liquidity, unrealistic slippage and news-related execution anomalies. It also reserves event-related restrictions based on market conditions and platform stability.
Read the model permission and general policy together: ordinary news trading is permitted in the listed models, but a strategy relying on unrealistic fills can still be reviewed. This is the useful distinction for a trader planning around an economic release. A green permission label is not proof that every order pattern is acceptable.
A release-day execution record
A practical record starts with the account model and stage, event time, any current platform notice, open exposure and remaining room above the account floor. Note whether the planned trade depends on a genuine market setup or on the expectation of unusually favorable simulated execution.
For example, suppose a trader plans to risk $100 before a release but receives an exit fill that produces a $160 loss after a rapid move. The extra $60 is execution risk, not something removed by a coupon or a nominal account size. This is an illustrative scenario, not a claim about a measured AquaFutures fill.
It is also useful to record a reason for choosing to stay flat. News permission is an option, not a requirement to trade every announcement. A trader can wait for spreads, order flow and platform conditions to normalize without changing the purchased account's basic permissions.
Short-duration profits and automation need separate checks
The Daily and Instant articles restrict excessive profit from trades held under ten seconds. Their wording requires that those trades contribute less than half of total profits. The general conduct page also has trade-count, holding-duration and automation provisions, so the profit-percentage test should not be treated as the whole execution policy.
As a simple monitoring example, $450 from under-ten-second trades out of $1,000 total profit is 45%; $550 is 55%. Passing a single calculation does not prove compliance with all other rules. Record trade durations and account for the firm's classification rather than deliberately shaping trades to sit just below a published boundary.
Fully unattended bots and execution designed to exploit platform mechanics are prohibited by the general policy. Supervised assistance is not equivalent to giving an external operator control of the account. If a specific tool's role is unclear, establish its permissions before relying on it during volatile periods.
Keep pricing, risk and reward conditions separate
Daily's route requires an evaluation; Instant skips that stage but retains payout profit goals and consistency. Neither means a profitable news session immediately becomes withdrawable cash. The Instant payout-goal guide explains why reward eligibility is a separate calculation.
The 25% coupon changes the purchase fee only. It does not change the daily stop, overall loss floor, reward split, consistency or any event-specific restriction. The AquaFutures review and the selected account agreement should be read together before purchasing.
