Foraxis's published refund policy treats evaluation and Instant purchases as final, one-time charges. Review the exact program, Core or Edge group, account size and eligibility before paying; an unused login should not be assumed refundable under that policy. Official refund policy.

Verified code: AUDIT gives 30% off Foraxis Forex accounts. See the Foraxis coupon page. The discount changes the purchase calculation, while the service and refund terms still apply. Official sources checked 10 October 2026.

Treat the final review screen as a configuration check

A practical purchase record should identify the route, group, size, platform, selected extras, currency and final total. Use the complete product name rather than recording only “$100K account.” Similar nominal balances can belong to products with different targets and loss controls.

Save the selected rule summary alongside the order information. If the basket and rule page refer to different groups, stop and resolve the mismatch before payment. A coupon producing the expected percentage does not prove the underlying account is the intended one.

This checklist describes the firm's stated commercial policy. It does not determine statutory consumer rights, resolve a payment dispute or advise giving up a right available under applicable law.

Compare the account group before comparing the fee

The current rulebook separates Core and Edge. It also separates 1-Step, 2-Step and Instant phases. A saved screenshot from a different group can therefore be an unreliable guide even if the page uses the same account-size label.

For an illustrative buyer, the intended choice might be a two-phase evaluation with a fixed overall loss floor. Accidentally selecting Instant changes the route immediately; accidentally selecting another group can change the qualification structure. Write down the intended behavior in plain language, then check that the selected product actually provides it.

A useful two-person-style self-check is to read the purchase record aloud: “This is the named route, this group, this size, on this platform, at this total.” If any field requires guessing, the configuration is not ready for payment.

A current price calculation for a precisely named option

The official rulebook displays 1-Step Core $100K at $545. Applying the active AUDIT 30% offer once gives the following base-fee arithmetic:

PlanSizeRegular priceCodeDiscountSavingsFinal price
1-Step Core$100,000$545.00AUDIT30%$163.50$381.50

The values are USD and exclude separate taxes, conversion costs or optional order charges. They are a calculation from a verified regular fee and the recorded offer, subject to the final selected order.

If checkout instead shows $400, do not force the result to match $381.50 by assuming an undocumented fee. Compare the product name, regular fee, discount line and extras. The discrepancy may have a legitimate explanation, but that explanation should be visible or confirmed before purchase.

Foraxis's legal disclosure describes simulated services and identifies restricted jurisdictions, including the United States, United Arab Emirates and India. Read the complete current restriction against both residence and citizenship, rather than relying on an incomplete country list from a third-party comparison.

A payment form accepting an address is not proof of final eligibility. Likewise, access to a public website does not establish permission to use its programs. Do not use a different identity or location to get around a restriction.

For a trader who travels, distinguish the location used for eligibility from the location used to trade. The travel and IP checklist covers that operational question separately.

Keep a useful receipt package

Retain the invoice, order number, selected terms, account configuration and any support clarification. A concise record is easier to review than dozens of unlabeled screenshots. Include the date so that later price changes are not confused with what was purchased.

For example, save one entry containing the exact program and group, one containing the actual payment amount, and one linking the applicable rule page. If a delivery problem occurs, those facts help support identify the correct order without requesting passwords or account access from the trader.

Do not assume a later sale changes the fee on an earlier completed order. The refund policy says prices and availability can change; a future promotional price is not itself a promise of a retroactive adjustment.

Resolve uncertainty before payment

Ask a focused question when a configuration or policy is unclear: identify the intended account and the specific term requiring confirmation. Avoid a vague “is everything okay?” because it gives support little to verify.

The refund policy directs questions to official support and warns about inappropriate chargebacks. If a genuine payment or service dispute arises, retain accurate records and seek the appropriate provider or qualified advice; this guide does not decide whether a particular dispute is justified.

Apply AUDIT only after matching the intended product on the official site. Verify the 30% reduction and total before paying. The Foraxis review and 2-Step Core guide supply broader account context.
