FundedNext CFD Risk Reclassification + Promo Code CFP
OCT 8
2026

Quick answer: FundedNext CFD's default funded-account risk limit is 3% of initial balance. The current policy permanently reduces it to 1% after a second violation, effective at the end of the day when the violation is identified. Record the applicable status and profit deductions separately from daily drawdown; a positive cycle can still have no payable reward.
Verified code: CFP offers up to 50% off CFD accounts. The active CFD offer details the coupon terms. The table uses calculated maximum-discount scenarios, not a promise of 50% off every selection.
Official rules and regular prices checked: 8 October 2026. This guide uses Stellar 2-Step CFD funded-stage examples.
Use the risk percentage that applies to the account
The English risk-limit policy describes risk using stop placement and maximum realized and floating losses against initial balance. Splitting an idea across tickets does not create independent allowances. The first violation brings a warning and removes violating-trade profit from that cycle's reward calculation. A second brings another deduction and permanent 1% status. The policy excludes swaps and commissions from this specific risk-utilization measure.
These hypothetical amounts show why account status belongs beside the balance:
These are rule boundaries, not recommended trade sizes. Use the actual dashboard parameter, account history and execution conditions. A saved calculator that always inserts 3% can produce an incorrect answer after reclassification even if its multiplication is flawless.
Build an event history rather than overwriting status
A practical ledger needs the account identifier, initial size, applicable percentage, violation date, identification date, effective date and relevant trade identifiers. Keep the original record when a setting changes so an earlier trade can be checked against its own context.
For an invented $50K account, the normal reference is $1,500. If a reclassification notice becomes effective at the end of a particular trading day, the ongoing reference becomes $500. A worksheet should preserve both entries with their dates. It should not rewrite every historical row as though the new status existed from account creation.
This is recordkeeping guidance, not an invitation to use the larger figure until a deadline. Once a risk issue appears, review the actual notice and resolve uncertainty before taking additional exposure.
Do not confuse separate accounts with a merger
The risk policy tracks violations per account, but a merged account inherits the higher violation count and stricter risk parameter of its predecessors. Combining accounts therefore does not erase that history.
Record any predecessor identifiers in the merged-account file. Without them, a new account number can look like a clean start to a spreadsheet even when the governing risk status continues. The Stellar merger guide explains other consequences that should be assessed independently.
Reconcile cycle profit with reward deductions
The Risk Limit Clarity Card shows the current percentage, peak cumulative risk, violating-trade profit and linked trade details. It requires stops and describes trades without one as carrying 100% account risk. Check the recorded orders rather than relying only on the final balance.
Here is an original simplified reconciliation, assuming the dashboard has already identified the deduction amount:
The $150 excess deduction in B is not illustrated as a cash debt. The example shows why a positive account result alone does not establish a reward. Actual statements, any other adjustments, the account's reward share and payment costs determine the final amount.
Compare the deduction's trade identifiers with the statement before applying a percentage. Do not deduct the same item twice if a dashboard figure already reflects it. Preserve both gross and adjusted fields so another reader can reproduce the reconciliation.
Margin wording needs a dated source check
On 8 October, the English risk-limit article explicitly stated that there is no formal margin limit and described 20–30% usage as guidance. The Portuguese version, displayed with a 12 May 2026 date, still described 70% and 30% caps.
This guide uses the English policy for its current risk-status explanation. It does not treat the disagreement as permission to maximize margin. If your agreement, dashboard or account notice differs, ask FundedNext to confirm the rule applicable to that account before relying on either summary.
Margin and possible loss are different measures. A position's funding requirement does not tell you its loss at the intended exit, and a stop-based estimate cannot guarantee the execution price. FundedNext's calculator guide separates margin, profit/loss, lot-size and swap tools for that reason. Calculator outputs are estimates.
Daily and overall drawdown still need separate checks
The Stellar 2-Step specification lists 5% daily loss and 10% static maximum loss. A $50K starting reference therefore has $2,500 daily allowance and a $45,000 static floor. Those figures do not replace the risk-status percentage.
The daily-reset guide explains how a separate timing calculation changes across server midnight. Keep these measures in separate columns with clear labels instead of selecting whichever appears most generous.
Base purchase costs after CFP
The official Stellar 2-Step catalog was checked on 8 October. The following prices require the full advertised 50% discount to apply.
Round the final base fee to cents, then calculate savings as regular fee minus that amount. Use the actual applied CFP percentage when lower than 50%. Optional upgrades, taxes and payment charges are separate, and another advertised sale is not stacked into these figures.
Apply CFP to the selected purchase
- Choose the CFD model, size, platform and optional features.
- Enter CFP and apply the coupon.
- Inspect the actual rate and the base fee separately from extras.
- Review the full order and selected terms before payment.
The coupon changes the purchase cost without resetting an existing account's risk history.
