The5ers Futures Inactivity Rules + Promo Code AUDIT
OCT 5
2026
Quick answer: The5ers Futures gives evaluations no overall completion deadline, but requires a trade within each 14-calendar-day activity period. Day Trade positions must also be closed at least ten minutes before market close. AUDIT gives the site's listed 10% purchase discount; it does not extend either deadline.

Facts checked: 5 October 2026. The current coupon offer covers the listed Futures Day Trade and Swing accounts. This guide focuses on keeping an evaluation operational during breaks, holidays and normal session closes.
Entry cost and the value of protecting an active account
The official Futures program page currently displays the $25K Day Trade fee at $59. The table uses that directly visible configuration rather than extrapolating unavailable account sizes.
The fee is in USD and is a one-time purchase, with no monthly evaluation fee and no activation fee under the displayed program terms. Optional or payment-related charges are separate. A discount on entry does not compensate for losing access through inactivity, nor does it buy a grace period.
Unlimited evaluation time still has an activity condition
The official evaluation time-limit FAQ says at least one trade must be placed every 14 calendar days. It says an account with no trading activity for that period is terminated. Calendar days include weekends and market holidays, even when fewer trading sessions are available.
Logging into the dashboard, reading a chart or leaving the browser open is not the stated requirement: the rule refers to trading activity. Do not substitute an assumption about logins for a trade recorded on the account.
A break-planning example
If the last recorded trade was on a Monday and the trader then takes two weeks away, the second weekend still consumes part of the activity period. Waiting until the next Monday to investigate leaves no comfortable margin. A practical personal reminder several days earlier gives time to assess the remaining market sessions or ask support about the account. That reminder is a planning buffer, not an official extension.
A trader who cannot follow the strategy responsibly during the break should resolve the inactivity issue with the firm before leaving. Placing an oversized or impulsive trade merely to satisfy a calendar is not a sensible substitute for planning.
Day Trade's daily closing rule is a separate clock
The program page requires all positions closed at least ten minutes before market close. That deadline applies even when the account has traded recently enough to meet the 14-day requirement. One concerns account activity over days; the other concerns position exposure within a session.
The program-types FAQ includes a parenthetical clock time alongside the market-close requirement. Do not treat a single fixed time-zone conversion as universal across instruments, daylight-saving changes and shortened sessions. Use the actual product session schedule and the purchased account's cutoff.
A personal close checklist
- Identify the earliest relevant closing deadline for the instruments being traded.
- Set a personal alert before the required ten-minute margin.
- Close remaining positions while liquidity and execution still permit an orderly exit.
- Review working orders so an unintended later fill does not reopen exposure.
- Confirm the platform shows the expected flat position state.
The order review is an operational precaution. It should not be confused with evidence that every instrument has the same market hours or order behavior.
Swing permission does not remove weekend restrictions
The official program explanation describes Swing as allowing overnight positions within its contract limits, while the main page states no weekend holding. An overnight position and a weekend position are therefore different permissions. Buying Swing should follow the actual holding period needed by the strategy, not simply the desire to ignore the calendar.
For an account-choice comparison, see the Day Trade versus Swing guide. Check the current offer for available sizes rather than using an old larger-account price as a fresh purchase quote.
Track clocks without confusing them with performance objectives
An account log can include the last executed trade date, next activity reminder, daily flat deadline and any planned absence. Keep those beside, rather than inside, the profit-target and drawdown calculation. A calendar entry cannot prove compliance with a trading rule, but it makes missing an operational deadline less likely.
Passing still depends on the selected evaluation's profit target, risk rules and per-position consistency. The current $25K card lists a 6% evaluation target and 4% EOD maximum loss. Neither no monthly fee nor unlimited overall duration means unlimited drawdown. The Futures review explains those separate constraints.
If the platform records an execution near an activity boundary, retain its timestamp and ask support how the account period was assessed. This guide does not invent a grace period, automatic reinstatement or refund for an inactive account.
