• Maximum loss. The initial floor is static: 3% on Select, 5% on Prime and 6% on Signature. After the first funded payout the floor locks permanently at the original starting balance, so profit left in the account becomes the only buffer.
• Daily loss. 3% of starting balance on every plan, measured on equity including open positions, with the reference resetting at midnight New York time. Touching it breaches the account.
• Consistency and payouts. No consistency rule on any plan. A funded account can request a payout once per New York calendar day once it has $100 gross profit in the cycle. Requests are reviewed by hand and paid through Rise. The standard split is 80%, or 90% with the checkout upgrade.
• Platform and markets. Trading runs on the firm's own web platform and public API, across simulated perpetual markets led by crypto, which trades around the clock and through weekends. Funded accounts have restricted windows around high-impact news.
