10FOUR Contract Commission Budget + Discount Code COMPARE
OCT 11
2026

10FOUR commissions are charged by contract and by side, so repeated entries and partial exits can materially reduce a session's net result. The official schedule lists ES at $5.76 round trip and MES at $1.82 round trip per contract. A small purchase fee does not make high-turnover trading inexpensive. Verified code COMPARE gives 40% off covered account purchases.
Official commissions and the live Daily EOD price selector were checked 11 October 2026. The current 10FOUR offer supplies the owner-confirmed coupon.
Code: COMPARE
Count contracts on both sides of a trade
The official commission table publishes per-side and round-trip amounts. Use the column that matches the calculation: a completed entry and exit incurs both sides. Multiplying a per-side figure only once understates a completed trade's cost.
These rates concern the listed contracts. Do not generalize one micro's commission to every product with a small contract size. Recheck the actual instrument and the platform's recorded charges, especially when changing markets.
Order count is not contract count
Suppose a trader enters three MES contracts in one order and exits all three in one order. There are two orders, but three completed contract round trips. At $1.82 each, the calculation is $5.46.
Exiting one contract and later exiting the remaining two does not make the original three-contract position free of closing costs. For the simplified example, the same three contracts still need exits. By contrast, closing and reopening a contract creates more turnover. Use actual filled quantities rather than the number of buttons clicked or the number of chart annotations.
A practical ledger therefore records entry quantity, exit quantity and the commission attached to each fill. Keep canceled, unfilled orders distinct from fills. If the statement and personal calculation differ, reconcile the contract, quantity and rate rather than changing the total to make it match an expected profit.
Work from gross result to net result
Consider a hypothetical session with twenty completed one-contract MES trades. The commission calculation is 20 × $1.82 = $36.40. If those trades produce $100 before commission, the result after that charge is $63.60, before any other applicable costs.
This table holds the desired net result constant to isolate turnover cost. It does not suggest that a trader can choose or reliably earn that profit. More trading creates more commission exposure; it does not automatically create the extra gross result needed to compensate.
Likewise, do not subtract commission twice. Some account reports already show a net daily result, while a trade export may present gross P&L and charges separately. Label the source field before building formulas. A consistent definition is more useful than a polished spreadsheet with a duplicated deduction.
Keep strategy comparisons on a like-for-like basis
A lower commission per contract does not establish that two products represent equal market exposure. Contract size, tick value and the intended stop distance all matter. This article compares transaction charges; it does not claim that one ES and one MES are equivalent risk positions.
To compare two versions of a strategy, hold the planned risk framework and market exposure assumptions explicit, then add each version's actual turnover charges. Include slippage as a separate assumption rather than calling the commission table a complete execution-cost estimate.
For example, a plan with fewer entries may have a lower fee bill but a different exposure profile or exit flexibility. There is no universal commission-only winner. The useful decision is whether the strategy's expected opportunities justify its operational costs within the account rules.
Commissions and rule compliance need separate checks
The permitted-activities policy permits genuine short-term strategies within its execution rules. Its microscalping policy describes monitoring and possible review of very short-duration patterns. Paying the published commission does not authorize an otherwise prohibited method.
The Daily EOD continuity guide explains repeat-withdrawal requirements using new net profit. Keep purchase fees outside the trading-result ledger, while reconciling charges actually reflected in the trading account. A reward-eligibility calculation and an overall cash-spending budget answer different questions.
Current Daily EOD purchase cost after COMPARE
The official live pricing selector shows these regular Daily EOD fees. The table applies 40% once and rounds the resulting base-fee calculation to cents.
The sales cards also show whole-dollar promotional headlines, which differ from these cent-level calculations. The final order total controls. Commissions, resets, optional services, taxes and conversion charges are excluded, and COMPARE is not assumed to reduce them.
