The official Static catalog labels caps as lifetime caps while its payout help article describes cycle caps; confirm the purchased Static agreement before selecting that model.

Compare account types before using the discount
One-Day Pass can be completed in one trading day because its evaluation has no minimum-day or consistency condition. That does not remove funded requirements. Daily EOD's 40% evaluation consistency requires profit spread across at least three days mathematically. Static requires five qualifying evaluation days, with daily profits of $50, $100 or $150 at the $10K, $25K or $50K size.
EOD drawdown updates from the relevant closing high-water mark. Enforcement of the active floor remains real-time: touching it can end the account even before the next EOD update. A daily loss limit on the applicable account is a separate soft trading halt. Static's overall floor remains fixed and it has no daily loss limit.
