10FOUR Household Account Limits + Promo Code COMPARE
OCT 5
2026
Quick answer: 10FOUR currently limits a household to ten evaluation and funded accounts combined, including no more than three active funded accounts. Once anyone in the household has a Live account, household members may not hold evaluation or simulated-funded accounts. COMPARE provides the site's listed 40% purchase discount, but it does not buy extra account slots.
Code: COMPARE
Facts checked: 5 October 2026. This guide uses the current official account-limit, inactivity, fee and live-transition policies. It focuses on a household's account inventory rather than how to pass a particular evaluation.
The account limits in one table
The official Maximum Number of Accounts policy, updated 21 September 2026, distinguishes three stages.
The policy applies across household or family members. It is not three funded accounts for each person sharing the household. Mixing funded product types does not create separate allowances either.
A reserve account is not an extra funded slot
Suppose a household has three funded accounts and six evaluations. That is nine combined accounts, with the funded allowance already full. One more evaluation may fit the combined numerical ceiling, but passing it does not create a fourth permitted active funded account.
The policy describes keeping up to seven evaluation accounts in reserve while maintaining three funded accounts. Reserve evaluations may still be traded, and their activity condition continues. Treating a passed or reserved evaluation as indefinitely parked creates a different risk from exceeding the account count.
The inactivity policy says accounts with no trading activity for 30 calendar days may be permanently removed. It also expressly includes accounts that have met the target but have not yet been activated. A separate section says breached accounts are deleted after 30 days without a reset.
Live review changes the purchase decision
The Path to Live policy lists several routes into review: a fifth payout, or a third payout for Daily and One-Day Pass; $25,000 in lifetime simulated profits; exceptional performance; or previous live progression. These are review triggers, not a guarantee of promotion.
When a trader is moved live, the policy says remaining simulated accounts are closed. It also repeats that other household members cannot continue trading simulated accounts alongside that live status. This makes reserve-account purchasing a household decision rather than just a personal dashboard preference.
A useful account audit before buying another evaluation
Record each household account's owner, stage, model, last trade date and whether it has received a payout. If live review is approaching, identify which purchases would remain unused if the transition happened soon. A discount can lower the entry cost while still leaving the wrong account for the next stage.
The live policy counts active funded accounts that have received at least one payout when determining eligible transfers, up to three. Merely purchasing an additional evaluation before review does not establish another transferable live account.
Three potential live accounts do not mean three active immediately
Current live terms start with one active account, with other qualifying accounts locked until progression milestones are met. They describe a $0 starting balance, daily payout access and an 80/20 split. The drawdown allowance attached to a live account is therefore different from a simulated nominal balance.
For a transferred $50K funded account, the listed starting live drawdown is $2,000. That does not mean the trader has received $50,000 in withdrawable cash or can take a $2,000 payout from the drawdown allowance. The official policy restricts withdrawals to profits.
Live contract capacity also depends on broker and product margin requirements. Avoid copying a generic mini-contract number from a summary into every instrument: the live documentation includes product-specific margin limits and explains that they can change with volatility.
Older material may mention five live accounts. The current live article identifies a legacy arrangement for traders who transferred before 15 September 2026. A new purchase should not be planned around that older allowance.
COMPARE purchase savings and the current pricing gap
The active 10FOUR offer lists COMPARE for 40% off Futures account purchases. The supported calculation is regular covered purchase fee × 0.60, with savings equal to 40% of that fee.
Current numerical base purchase prices could not be independently retrieved from the official catalog during this check. Older site reference prices are therefore not presented here as newly confirmed order totals. This leaves a genuine pricing gap while the current account-limit and transition rules remain directly supported.
The Simulated Account Fees policy confirms one-time purchase billing and the separate reset process. It does not establish that COMPARE discounts every later charge.
Keep one household record
A shared account count can prevent accidental over-purchasing without sharing login credentials. The record only needs the relevant stage and status information; each trader remains responsible for their own account access and trading permissions.
Review that record before another purchase, after a pass, after an account closes, and before a live transition. Keep the last-activity date visible for reserve accounts. If the household definition or the treatment of a particular account is unclear, resolve that exact issue with the firm before adding another paid account.
