Alpha Capital EA Approval + Discount Code COMPARE50 / COMPARE

Alpha Capital EA Approval + Discount Code COMPARE50 / COMPARE

Quick answer: Alpha Capital permits approved MT5 risk-management and trade-assistance EAs, while independent trade-execution bots are prohibited. Selecting EA use at checkout is only part of the process: support must approve the tool. Qualified-stage enablement also requires it to have been enabled and used during evaluation.

Verified codes: COMPARE50 gives 50% off a first purchase; COMPARE gives 30% off later purchases. The active Alpha Capital offer details the coupon terms. Use one applicable code without stacking.

Official rules and regular prices checked: 8 October 2026. This article covers Alpha Capital CFD accounts and preparation for EA approval.

Classify what the software actually does

The official EA policy, dated 7 September, permits management functions such as sizing assistance, stop management and break-even tools. It prohibits autonomous execution. EA access is unavailable on cTrader, DXtrade, TradeLocker, swap-free and Alpha Direct accounts, and on qualified accounts within the Focused Trader Group.

The useful starting point is a function inventory. A vendor's product name cannot explain which features you will enable, whether it submits orders, or who makes the entry decision. Write those actions down before asking whether the tool fits.

Intended functionQuestion to document
Position-size calculationDoes it display a result or submit an order?
Stop adjustmentWhat triggers the change and which settings control it?
Entry signalDoes the trader independently decide whether to act?
Order executionCan the software open a trade without a human decision?
Remote connectionWho can access the terminal and issue instructions?

This inventory is a review aid. It does not authorize a tool or expand the published permitted category. When one package mixes several functions, describe the actual configuration rather than calling the entire product a calculator.

Platform choice comes before the discount

The official platform guide places approved EAs on MT5 and says MT5 is unavailable to U.S. residents. It also warns against using MT5 while visiting the U.S. A platform's general capabilities do not establish permission on an individual prop account.

For example, a trader who requires an approved stop-management utility needs both a compatible account and a compatible permitted platform. A lower fee on a configuration that cannot support that workflow is not a like-for-like saving. Resolve jurisdiction and platform availability before comparing prices.

Avoid paying for software on the assumption that a familiar MetaTrader feature must be allowed everywhere. The cost of the program licence, the account purchase and any permitted options belong on separate budget lines. Compatibility is more consequential than a small difference in the evaluation fee.

Prepare the approval request before using the tool

Alpha Capital's EA instructions require the checkout EA selection and contact with support to finish enabling it. The review requests the EX5 file; MQ5 source may also be supplied where available. Pre-approval is required before use. Keep the response with the exact software version and configuration reviewed.

A concise preparation record can include:

  • Account model, target variant, platform and stage
  • Software name, version and publisher
  • Enabled functions, with screenshots of relevant settings
  • A description of the human entry decision
  • The files requested by the official review process
  • The response and any conditions attached to approval

Use the firm's verified support route and inspect files before transmitting them. A software-review request is not a reason to disclose a trading password, payment credential or unrelated personal documents. Obtain clarification through the official channel if a request seems inconsistent with the review's purpose.

Preserve changes instead of assuming continuity

A software update may change capabilities without changing its familiar name. Keep a brief change log: what changed, which functions are enabled now and whether the previous approval still describes the setup. Where the answer is uncertain, ask before using the altered configuration.

For a hypothetical tool version A that only adjusts stops, an upgrade to version B with automated entries is a material functional difference. An old approval for A cannot establish permission for every feature in B. This example explains why version records matter; it is not a judgment about a particular vendor.

Recheck the evaluation-to-qualified handoff

Before placing a qualified-account trade, compare the new account's settings with the approved evaluation setup. Save the activation confirmation, account identifier and any restrictions. Do not treat passing the evaluation as evidence that every technical feature carried across automatically.

An orderly handoff record has three checks: the software that was approved, the software actually used, and the setup available on the new account. A mismatch should be resolved before relying on the tool. Our qualified lot-exposure guide covers the independent quantity check that remains necessary even with a sizing assistant.

Stop tools and add-ons have separate conditions

Alpha Capital's stop-loss and take-profit guidance recommends protective orders and permits virtual or hidden levels subject to the EA policy. A software-managed level still depends on the tool operating as intended. A terminal interruption, configuration mistake or market gap can change the outcome; a planned stop value is not a guaranteed fill.

The official add-on guide makes upgrades a purchase-time choice and disables EAs on swap-free accounts. Read the swap-free cost comparison if financing costs are also part of the decision.

Alpha Pro base fees after the applicable code

The official live catalog, checked on 8 October, lists these Pro 8% on-demand base fees. No software licence or optional upgrade is included.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. The official process also requires support contact and pre-approval of the tool before use.

Its current EA policy prohibits independent automated trade execution. Permitted EAs are limited to approved risk-management and trade-assistance functions.

It helps show that the software and enabled functions being used match the setup reviewed. A changed version or function should not silently inherit an unrelated approval.

For an eligible first purchase, 50% off gives $88.50. The separate later-purchase COMPARE offer gives 30% off, or $123.90. Extras are additional.
