Claim Offer See offer detailsAn Express payout request changes both the amount left in the account and the new-profit hurdle before the following request. Comparing a partial withdrawal with the daily maximum makes that trade-off easier to see.
This worksheet separates money available above the buffer, the next profit requirement, position permission and cash received. Figures below are hypothetical account ledgers, not trading results or an earnings forecast.

What does a larger Express withdrawal change?
A larger withdrawal removes more account balance and raises the next new-profit hurdle under the published 50% rebuild rule.
For Express purchases on or after 2 September, the official Express rules require new profit of at least half the previous payout before another request, beginning with payout two.
Keep two separate numbers in the worksheet:
- The amount requested from the account.
- The amount ultimately received after the applicable split and processing deductions.
The help page calls the base the previous payout amount without expressly defining its relationship to the trader's receipt after deductions. Our example assumes the prior requested account withdrawal is the rebuild base, not the wallet receipt. Confirm the dashboard's amount and counter, and ask support to explain a mismatch.
How do partial and capped requests compare on a $50K account?
In the example below, a $550 request leaves $550 more in the account than a $1,100 request and produces a $275 rather than $550 rebuild calculation.
Assume a $50K funded Express account purchased on or after 2 September and a $54,000 balance before the request. Its model-specific rules list a $250 minimum, so both requests below exceed that minimum. The Futures payout policy lists a $2,100 Express buffer for this size, giving a $52,100 balance threshold, and a $1,100 daily cap.
These calculations assume the requested withdrawal is the amount debited from the trading account. Reconcile the actual debit when the payout posts. Both examples leave the stated buffer intact; this alone does not establish that every request condition is complete.
The useful comparison is the change between the columns. A lower request retains more working balance, while a larger request transfers more of the available amount out. Neither column predicts future profits or establishes a preferred withdrawal size.
Does enough balance above the buffer satisfy the next request?
No. Existing balance above a buffer and profit newly generated after a payout are different entries.
Suppose each branch of the example subsequently earns $400 net. The partial-request branch reaches $53,850 and exceeds its $275 rebuild calculation. The capped-request branch reaches $53,300 but has generated less than its $550 calculation.
The second branch still holds balance above the buffer. That does not make the separate new-profit counter disappear.
For record keeping, identify the actual posting time of the preceding payout before assigning later trading results to a new cycle. Log commissions and adjustments with the same care as trade profit. A handwritten total should explain the dashboard, not overrule it.
This is an accounting example. It does not mean either account will earn $400, receive approval on a chosen date, or have the same remaining loss allowance after intervening trading.
Which three checks belong beside the rebuild figure?
Record the buffer threshold, remaining loss room and current position tier beside the new-profit counter.
The payout policy states that an approved withdrawal locks the floor at starting balance plus $100. On a $50K account that is $50,100. This is separate from the $52,100 Express buffer threshold.
In the two illustrative branches, balances of $53,450 and $52,900 would sit $3,350 and $2,800 above a $50,100 floor. Those are arithmetic distances, not suggested trade-risk budgets.
Position permission is another check. The official contract scaling guide gives funded $50K Express a starting limit of two minis or twenty micros, increasing at specified closing-balance triggers. It also says tiers can reduce when the closing balance falls below a trigger.
The practical inference is to inspect the issued tier after a withdrawal and the next end-of-day update. Do not assume yesterday's permission survives a lower closing balance. The mixed-contract capacity guide provides a separate worked check for combined mini and micro positions.
How should the worksheet distinguish account stages?
Use it for the funded Express stage described here, then rebuild the assumptions if the account changes stage.
During evaluation, the task is to satisfy qualification conditions. A funded payout worksheet does not replace those conditions. The Express $100K account guide explains the broader account structure.
Live promotion introduces a different set of rules. The official Live guide describes real CME execution, a separate combined-drawdown structure and daily payouts without the funded model's payout caps. Reaching payout five places a trader in a review pool rather than guaranteeing promotion.
Keep a new worksheet for the issued Live account. Carrying a simulated $50K starting balance into that record would obscure its actual balance and assigned limits.
When should a payout enter a personal cash-flow plan?
Record expected funds separately from received funds until processing is complete.
The 24-hour guarantee terms use business hours and start the clock after required information and trader actions are complete. Weekends, bank holidays, compliance reviews, Rise delays and outstanding documents can affect that clock.
A useful record has four timestamps: submission, any information request, processing completion and receipt. This shows whether a delay concerns account review, provider processing or final delivery. The payout processing guide covers that reconciliation in more detail.
The published payout policy also lists a 90% trader share and a 3% processing fee. A $1,000 profit amount therefore has a $900 trader-share calculation before reconciling the processing deduction. Use the actual statement to establish the final receipt.
How does CFP fit into the purchase decision?
CFP concerns the account purchase price. The payout worksheet concerns the account after trading begins.
The current Blue Guardian Futures coupon offer lists CFP for up to 45% off all accounts, with owner-recorded verification on 28 October 2026. “Up to” describes a maximum, so use the discount shown for the selected order.
- Open the official purchase link from the offer.
- Select Futures, the account model, size, platform and any paid options.
- Enter CFP in the coupon field before payment and apply it.
- Check the final account fee and each separate charge.
- Save the order receipt and the rules supplied for that account.
For a hypothetical $200 covered fee, a full 45% reduction saves $90 and leaves $110. This illustrates the calculation; it is not a current Blue Guardian plan-price quote.
Keep the discounted purchase receipt outside the payout ledger. Buying at a lower fee does not supply trading profit, meet a buffer, or complete a later withdrawal condition.
