Quick answer: MyFundedPerps exposure caps limit combined open notional in a market across your accounts of the same product and size. An increase over the cap is rejected; reductions remain allowed. AUDIT gives 30% off covered challenge purchases.

Code: AUDIT

Official facts checked: 6 October 2026. A rejected increase and a failed challenge are different events. This guide explains how to investigate an exposure rejection without confusing market capacity with funded allocation or loss room.

Read the market cap before changing leverage

The official exposure table says long and short notional both count within the same product-and-size group. Other customers do not consume your allowance. On this check it displays BTC and ETH with 10× maximum leverage and $1,000,000 exposure caps, while DOGE displays 5× and $250,000. The table is configurable; use the current selected market and account group.

Leverage and exposure answer different questions. Leverage affects the relationship between collateral and notional. A cap limits total open notional. Raising a leverage setting does not logically create more market-cap room, and available margin does not establish that another order will pass every check.

Use a separate exposure ledger

A practical record identifies the account product, original size, instrument and current open notional. Group matching accounts before comparing the sum with the applicable cap. Do not net long and short positions together to make the gross figure look smaller.

Hypothetical matching groupOpen notional
First account, same market$420,000
Second account, same market$310,000
Combined$730,000
Example applicable cap$1,000,000
Arithmetic remaining room$270,000

Under that assumed cap, another $300,000 increase would bring the total to $1,030,000, exceeding it by $30,000. An additional $200,000 would remain below the cap mathematically, but that alone does not approve the trade: collateral, leverage and other checks remain separate.

These values are illustrative. They are not a suggestion to maximize exposure or evidence that a particular account has this capacity.

A rejection requires diagnosis, not repeated submission

The official FAQ lists market caps, personal leverage settings, account limits, collateral and existing exposure as possible order constraints. It directs traders to review the rejection explanation. Risk-rule breaches can instead fail an account and close positions. Its exposure section permits reducing exposure after an over-cap increase is rejected.

Save the rejection wording, order size, selected market and current positions. Recompute the group total using the actual filled quantity, not merely the size originally requested. If a partial fill exists, it already contributes exposure; submitting the entire original order again could misstate the intended increase.

Do not treat opposite positions as a workaround. MyFundedPerps prohibits cross-account hedging intended to offset risk, and the gross-counting cap is not a netting allowance.

Current challenge prices with AUDIT

The official pricing matrix provides these regular base fees. The active AUDIT offer is 30%; the calculation uses that rate once and does not stack an older promotion described elsewhere on the pricing page.

PlanSizeRegular price USDCodeDiscountSavings USDFinal base price USD

Signature$50,000$430.00AUDIT30%$129.00$301.00

These base prices exclude the optional profit-share upgrade and separately applicable charges. Coupon savings do not alter market exposure limits. Buying an additional matching account should not be interpreted as automatically multiplying a shared market allowance.

Distinguish three different account constraints

ConstraintPlanning question
Market exposureHow much open notional is already counted in this market and group?
Funded allocationHow much original funded account size is active under each model?
Loss roomHow far is current equity from the relevant account failure threshold?

Keep these in separate worksheet columns. A portfolio can have funded-allocation room but insufficient capacity for a proposed market increase. Equally, an order can fit an exposure cap while carrying a loss large enough to fail the account.

The allocation guide explains the separate model and overall funded limits. It should not be used as a substitute for the market-cap table.

Account for price movement and costs

Notional is a dollar exposure measure, so a quantity record alone may become stale as the relevant mark changes. Record the time of the position snapshot and refresh the value before diagnosing a later rejection. An old spreadsheet total is not authoritative over the live order system.

The practical goal is a traceable explanation: which group was measured, which market cap applied, what exposure existed, what increase was requested and which check blocked it. If those records still disagree, present that exact comparison to support. Do not deliberately split or reroute orders to evade a cap.
