The new LucidMaxx 50K route has two qualification stages before live trading: a $3,000 evaluation target followed by $2,000 in Pre-Live. It is invite-only, so it should not be advertised as a public purchase available to every trader.

This guide covers only the $50,000 tier of the new program. Official documentation reviewed on 20 October 2026.

Coupon box: Maxx discount coverage is unconfirmed

AUDIT is the approved onsite Lucid code, but the listed 40% rate covers LucidDaily. The current offer does not establish that rate for the new Maxx program.

No public new-Maxx fee was established from the reviewed sources. A legacy Maxx fee, another Lucid plan's fee or a coupon calculation cannot fill that gap. Invited traders should use the account-specific terms they receive.

The onsite AUDIT offer records the known scope. Our LucidDaily 100K guide covers the documented 40% offer.

Source: New LucidMaxx Program. The page describes a possible three-day evaluation pass and a 90/10 live split. It does not turn the $50K tier label into a $50,000 live cash balance.

Pre-Live scaling is a separate requirement

The new program explicitly applies the Live Scaling Plan during Pre-Live.

For the $50K tier, the published CME/CBOT/NYMEX ladder is two minis or 20 micros below $2,000 profit, three or 30 from $2,000 and four or 40 from $4,000. COMEX limits are lower: one mini or ten micros at the first tier.

Do not borrow an unrestricted evaluation contract maximum from a different Lucid product. The new Maxx overview does not separately publish its evaluation ceiling, so the invitation and dashboard must establish that limit.

Live balance, fees and withdrawal risk

The new overview describes daily uncapped live payouts without a daily loss limit. Its $2,000 starting live balance and $100 static MLL imply an initial $1,900 distance to the floor before commissions or withdrawals. That is calculated risk room, not $50,000 available to lose.

An absence of a request cap does not remove the account's equity floor. Withdrawing reduces remaining balance. Trading costs also reduce the practical cushion; use the broker's contract-specific commission and exchange-fee schedule.

The new live-structure guide distinguishes Maxx's static live structure from the EOD mechanism on standard live accounts. This is why legacy Maxx descriptions should not be reused.

Holding, news and prohibited behavior

The allowed-times guide prohibits swing trading on new live accounts and lists broker-dependent closing cutoffs. Follow the specific broker onboarding schedule and holiday notices.

The new Maxx overview does not publish a separate news window. Do not import Daily's one-minute rule or assume news is unrestricted. The issued Maxx agreement must resolve that permission.

Cross-account hedging and correlated opposite exposures are prohibited under the hedging policy. Exploiting price discrepancies, technical delays or simulation mechanics violates the integrity standard.

Review an invitation before purchase

  1. Confirm the invitation names the new Maxx 50K program.
  2. Read both qualification stages and the scaling rules.
  3. Check the actual fee, resets, contract ceiling and news permissions.
  4. Use AUDIT only if the invitation's order explicitly accepts it.
  5. Save the new-program agreement rather than a legacy rule page.
