Quick answer: Funded Elite ACCESS restricts trade execution during the two minutes before and two minutes after high-impact news. The restriction includes exits and automatic stop-loss or take-profit execution, not only fresh entries. Evaluation-stage news permission therefore needs a new operating check after funding.

Code: COMPARE

Use verified code COMPARE for 55% off eligible Top One Futures purchase fees. The current Top One Futures offer supplies the coupon scope. Official rules checked 9 October 2026. The eligible undiscounted Access entry price remains unresolved, so the pricing table uses an explicit conditional formula rather than a stale numerical quote.

Separate the funded rule from evaluation permission

The dedicated Elite ACCESS news policy applies the restriction only after funding. It covers high-impact events on the calendar the firm uses, including major rate decisions and economic releases. During the window it prohibits opening or closing trades, placing pending or stop/limit orders, and changing stops or targets.

The policy permits holding an earlier-opened position, but an automatic exit inside the window is still a violation. Possible consequences include removing the affected profit, denying a payout and reviewing the account. Its wording does not describe every isolated violation as an automatic hard breach.

This summary concerns Elite ACCESS. Do not apply the rule to another Top One account solely because the platform or account balance looks similar. Check the exact product and stage named in the dashboard.

Build a timeline from the event time

Suppose a hypothetical high-impact release is scheduled at 8:30 a.m. in the timezone displayed by the selected calendar. The two-minute calculation produces a restricted interval around 8:28–8:32. The following invented order history shows why entry time alone is insufficient:

Event in the exampleTimeWhat needs examination
Position opened8:26:40Earlier than the pre-news window
Stop modified8:29:10Modification occurs inside the window
Automatic target exit8:30:15Exit occurs inside the window
New order considered8:32:00Exact boundary and clock precision need confirmation

The opening timestamp does not erase the later modification or exit. Record all relevant events, not just the entry and final profit. Where timestamps are rounded to whole minutes, the record cannot establish a precise second-level boundary.

Avoid planning an order for the exact endpoint as a way to test the rule. A small clock difference, transmission delay or calendar timezone mismatch can change the recorded timing. An operational margin outside the restricted interval is a precaution rather than a new official duration.

Holding permission needs a separate risk decision

The ability to hold an earlier position does not make news exposure risk-free. A trader still needs to consider how a gap or rapid movement interacts with protective orders and account limits. Removing a protective stop solely to avoid an automatic execution could create a much larger loss.

The simpler operational option may be to finish trading and resolve positions and outstanding orders well before the restricted period begins. That is a planning option, not a guarantee that any submitted cancellation or exit will be completed at the requested time. Confirm the actual order state rather than treating a click as proof of completion.

If a position unexpectedly remains open as the restricted period begins, the public news article does not provide a universal emergency exception. Preserve the actual state and seek the firm’s guidance. Do not invent a rule allowing another order because the situation is inconvenient.

Make the calendar and platform clocks agree

A useful preparation record contains the event name, impact classification, event time, calendar timezone and platform timestamp timezone. Convert once and retain the result. A date without a timezone is inadequate where the trading session spans midnight locally.

This is especially important when daylight-saving changes occur on different dates in different countries. A memorized time offset can become wrong even though neither platform is malfunctioning. Use the actual displayed timezone and date rather than assume a fixed year-round difference.

For each relevant event, note the restricted start and end, then review outstanding orders before the start. An alert is helpful only if it leaves enough time to inspect the account. Keep an event cancellation or rescheduling update with the session record rather than silently overwriting the original time.

Reconcile news events before requesting a payout

The official Access payout requirements separately require qualifying days, consistency, buffer and profit conditions. At $50K it lists five days earning at least $250 each, a $2,500 pre-request profit requirement and a $1,500 request cap. News compliance is an additional matter; clearing a numerical payout gate does not make a questionable fill compliant.

An original review worksheet can link each potentially affected fill to its account, order ID, event, opening time, changes, exit time and net result. Keep the original export and the official notice if a review occurs. If a profit is removed, use the adjusted account figures when checking the remaining payout conditions instead of preserving the earlier, larger total.

Do not predict which individual fill the firm will approve. The purpose of the worksheet is to provide a coherent record and identify an issue before assuming a withdrawal is ready.

Price the entry and activation separately

The official Access overview currently quotes a $39 one-time entry amount. The Compare Futures Prop offer contains older, different regular entry references. The checked public sources do not establish that the $39 amount is an undiscounted fee eligible for another 55% reduction.

Elite ACCESS evaluationSelected $25K–$150KConfirm current fee P at checkoutCOMPARE55% if coveredP × 0.55P × 0.45

This is a conditional calculation, not a $17.55 offer made by stacking 55% on $39. The current checkout must identify the regular eligible USD base fee and the applied reduction. Taxes, resets, upgrades and any other separately billed services are excluded.

The regular Access activation policy lists $139, $189, $259 and $359 for the four ascending account sizes. Keep the applicable activation payment outside the coupon formula unless the selected order explicitly grants a separate activation discount. Intraday Access has its own activation schedule and should not be substituted silently.

Prepare the first funded session before placing orders

After funding, confirm the account variant, current calendar and funded news policy. Check the next relevant event, reconcile platform time and inspect active orders. For a purchase, select the exact account, enter COMPARE and inspect both the immediate total and later activation commitment before paying.

The Access daily-loss guide explains another funded-stage change. The activation comparison addresses the funded drawdown choice, while the Top One Futures review provides broader account context.

How to use COMPARE

  1. Open the official account page and choose the exact plan, size and available configuration.
  2. Enter COMPARE in the coupon field before paying and apply it.
  3. Review the eligible base fee, applied discount and complete total, including any separate charges or later payments.
  4. Confirm the account rules and save the receipt and selected program terms.

Affiliate disclosure: Compare Futures Prop may earn a commission through links or codes. Simulated account balances are not cash owned by the trader. Qualification, rewards and any later live transition remain conditional.

Frequently Asked Questions

The dedicated official news policy applies the two-minute restriction to funded Elite ACCESS accounts. Evaluation news trading is allowed under that policy.

Yes. The policy permits holding an earlier position, but an exit or prohibited order change inside the restricted window can still violate the rule, including automatic SL or TP execution.

The policy lists possible profit removal, payout denial and review, with further action for repeated or abusive violations. It does not label every isolated violation an automatic hard breach.

The sources reviewed do not verify that $39 is the regular eligible basis for an additional 55% reduction. Confirm the selected checkout; for a verified eligible regular fee P, the conditional final fee is P × 0.45.
