Legion Funding Instant Payout Buffer + Discount Code COMPARE

2026
Quick answer: Legion Funding Instant keeps a 3% starting-balance buffer after a payout. Only profit above that reserve is available under the buffer formula. The account's 5% trailing maximum drawdown remains a separate constraint. Passing one check does not establish that the account has comfortable trading room after a withdrawal.
Verified code: COMPARE — 5% off the account purchase. Use the active Legion Funding offer. Official rule sources checked 6 October 2026. This guide explains withdrawal arithmetic; it does not treat a hypothetical reward as an expected return.
Code: COMPARE
Three numbers that should never share one column
For withdrawal planning, distinguish nominal starting balance, the balance required by the payout reserve and the current loss floor shown in the dashboard. The first identifies account size. The second controls the buffer calculation. The third helps determine remaining trading headroom.
The Instant Funding rules describe a 3% daily drawdown, 5% trailing maximum drawdown, 20% consistency, 2% risk per symbol and 80% on-demand reward share. They explicitly state that the payout buffer does not replace the trailing-loss rules. Instant skips evaluation, but it does not skip funded account restrictions.
The most useful worksheet therefore has a separate line for each restriction. A single headline such as “available profit” can hide the fact that different rules use different reference values.
Calculate the reserve before the proposed withdrawal
Use starting balance × 1.03 for the reserve balance. Then subtract that amount from current balance to find the upper amount under the buffer formula, before other eligibility restrictions.
For an illustrative $25,000 account, the reserve is $25,750. The following figures demonstrate that formula only; they are not confirmation that any particular account can submit a request.
A negative formula result is not a negative payout. It means no amount is available under this test. Equally, reaching the reserve exactly leaves nothing above it to request. This is why a profitable account can still have no buffer-based withdrawal capacity.
Gross account deduction is not net receipt
If an otherwise eligible $750 reward amount is subject to an 80% share, the trader portion is $600 before any relevant payment charges. Do not enter $600 as the account deduction simply because it is the trader's receipt. Reconcile the actual request and deduction fields in the dashboard.
If $750 is deducted from $26,500, the remaining balance is $25,750. If only $400 is requested instead, it becomes $26,100. The latter leaves $350 more in the account; it does not change the starting-balance reserve formula.
The official payout page describes eligibility review and typical processing of one to three business days. On-demand availability is not a guarantee that submission and payment happen simultaneously.
Read the trailing floor independently
A withdrawal lowers balance. It does not justify assuming the current trailing threshold falls by the same amount. The following example deliberately uses an assumed dashboard floor, rather than inventing an implementation formula for how Legion updates the high-water mark.
Suppose the dashboard shows a $25,400 loss floor and a $26,500 balance. Before withdrawal, the simple balance-to-floor distance is $1,100. A $750 account deduction would leave $25,750, only $350 above that displayed floor. A $400 deduction would leave $26,100, or $700 above it.
Both nonzero examples satisfy the simple reserve balance calculation. Their remaining room is nevertheless different. Open-position losses, costs and any floor update must also be reflected before relying on a figure. Use the actual platform value rather than calculating a floor from an unverified assumption.
Consistency can constrain the same request
The account's 20% consistency requirement is another gate. A simplified best-day ratio is largest profitable day divided by cycle profit. A $400 best day against $1,500 total profit is 26.67%; against $2,000 it is 20%. These are mathematical comparisons, not confirmation of request eligibility at the exact boundary.
This distinction explains why a trader should record the buffer amount and consistency result separately. More balance above the reserve does not automatically resolve the best-day ratio, and meeting a ratio does not create balance above the reserve. Follow the dashboard's applicable cycle calculation and current terms.
Coupon scope and the current price limitation
COMPARE reduces the applicable entry fee by 5%, so the base-fee calculation is regular price × 0.95. We could verify the current Instant rules but could not reliably expose the selected Instant prices in the official public selector during this review. Consequently, this article does not repeat an older fee as a current quote or invent a final payable amount.
Use the selected current regular fee for the calculation. As arithmetic only, a hypothetical $100 fee would save $5 and leave $95; that is not a Legion account-price claim. Taxes, payment costs and separately priced services are outside the example. The Legion coupon guide and firm review provide broader context, while today's price must come from the actual selected plan.
A withdrawal worksheet to keep
Record the starting balance, current realized balance, displayed equity, reserve balance, current trailing floor, cycle profit, best day, proposed gross deduction and expected share. Reconcile each entry before submitting. If a number is missing, resolve it rather than filling it from another Legion model.
The Fast Track guide concerns a separate route with an activation payment. Its cost structure should not be transferred to Instant. Likewise, a 2-Step guide does not establish Instant's withdrawal reserve.
Apply the verified Legion code
- Select Instant and the intended size on the official site.
- Read the current purchase price and funded terms.
- Enter COMPARE before payment and apply the 5% base-fee reduction.
- Keep any separate charges distinct and save the order details.
- Build the buffer and trailing-floor worksheet before planning a reward request.
