Legion Funding review
Legion Funding offers simulated Forex and CFD programs through 2-Step, 1-Step, Instant and Fast Track accounts. Its legal disclosure identifies Legion Funding Ltd in Saint Lucia, incorporated on 11 August 2026 under number 2026-00617. That is a short disclosed corporate history, so claims about a long operating or payout record should not be inferred from testimonials or dashboard screenshots.
The practical comparison is 2-Step's larger overall loss allowance versus the tighter trailing limits on the other funded models. Fast Track has a small entry payment but a materially larger activation fee after passing. Instant removes the evaluation and adds both a consistency requirement and a separate payout buffer.

Use COMPARE for 5% off. The following final entry fees equal the published regular fee × 0.95.
Fast Track activation costs
The later activation payment is not included in the $9 entry fee. Its published amount is shown without an assumed coupon discount. Legion requires payment within seven days of passing.
Trading objectives by model
Where required, a profitable day must earn at least 0.5% of initial account balance. Daily loss uses the applicable highest balance/equity calculation. A trailing funded floor moves up as the account reaches new highs and does not automatically lock after a payout. Withdrawals can therefore leave much less room to trade even when the reward request is approved.
Funded risk, news and holding rules
The general evaluation rule requires average holding time greater than two minutes. Funded trades each need at least one minute. Fast Track relaxes the evaluation-stage risk-per-trade and minimum-duration requirements, but standard funded restrictions return after passing. A first funded minimum-hold violation is a soft breach; a repeat can terminate the account.
Funded accounts prohibit both opening and closing affected trades during the five minutes before and after relevant high-impact events, including SL, TP and pending-order executions. Evaluations are exempt from that funded news rule. Overnight holding is allowed, but weekend trading and weekend holding are prohibited across all models; positions remaining at weekend closure are automatically closed.
Manual, EA and systematic methods are supported within the permitted-strategy policy. Copying another trader, coordinated cross-account hedging, HFT, latency exploitation and other prohibited strategies can breach the account. Model-specific per-symbol risk limits remain separate from daily and overall drawdown.
Payouts and fee refunds
The official reward article states an 80% share, on-demand requests once the relevant days and eligible profits are achieved, a $100 minimum, and typical processing of one to three business days. Bank or crypto methods depend on the currently supported payment options. This help-center processing range is used instead of treating the homepage's 24-hour claim as a guaranteed deadline.
Instant keeps a 3% starting-balance buffer after each withdrawal. Only profit above that buffer can be requested, and the 5% trailing loss rule remains active separately. Instant and Fast Track funded consistency limit the largest profit day to 20% of total cycle profit. The fee-refund article describes a possible fourth-payout refund under the model and promotion conditions; Fast Track activation fees are excluded from refund eligibility.
Platforms, countries and suitability
Legion currently uses MT5. The help center explicitly excludes U.S. residents. It also restricts Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen and sanctioned Ukrainian regions. Forex leverage reaches 1:50 on 2-Step and evaluation routes; some funded routes reduce it to 1:30. Maximum active allocation is advertised at $400,000.
Legion may suit traders who can sustain its minimum profitable days and respect the funded hold and news restrictions. The main concerns are its short company history, trailing-loss behavior after withdrawals, and Fast Track's full activation cost. All accounts are simulated according to the firm's legal disclosure, despite marketing language about funded capital.
