TradeDay Inactivity and Login Clocks + Coupon Code AUDIT
OCT 11
2026

Quick answer: TradeDay's absence rules involve separate deadlines. A TradeDay account dormant for 30 days may be offboarded; a Tradovate account without a login for more than one calendar month can be archived; and a Funded Live invitation requires documents within 30 days of graduation. Paying an evaluation subscription does not establish that those other conditions are satisfied.

Code: AUDIT
Official policies and regular pricing checked 11 October 2026. All price calculations below are USD and concern the initial covered evaluation payment.
Start with the current inactivity wording
TradeDay's inactivity FAQ, modified 30 September 2026, first says it does not charge inactivity fees or impose minimum trading requirements. It then describes account-preservation limits.
The same page says Tradovate archives accounts when the user has not logged in for more than one calendar month. TradeDay says it cannot recover or reactivate that archived account; the account is treated as failed, with a reset or new purchase needed to continue. Separately, TradeDay accounts inactive for 30 days may be offboarded.
Read the whole policy. The absence of an inactivity fee does not promise indefinite account availability. Equally, the page's general statement about minimum trading requirements does not remove the qualifying-day objectives of a particular evaluation or payout plan.
Keep three different clocks visible
The live-document deadline is another provision of that inactivity FAQ. It is an administrative deadline associated with progression, rather than a market-performance target.
A calendar month and 30 days are not always the same interval. Record the actual dates and the wording that applies. Avoid calculating every deadline as four weeks or treating the next billing date as a universal cutoff.
The public FAQ does not define every activity that satisfies TradeDay's broader dormancy requirement. In particular, it does not say that opening the membership dashboard clears every account-level condition. Obtain account-specific clarification for an extended absence rather than inventing a single action that supposedly resets all clocks.
A travel example with different consequences
Imagine an evaluation trader plans a five-week trip. The subscription remains paid, and the trader occasionally checks receipts on a phone. That confirms access to the membership area, but does not establish a Tradovate login or permission for five weeks of account dormancy.
Before leaving, the trader can identify the platform actually used, the last platform login, the last trading activity and the intended return date. The unresolved question for support is whether the planned absence is acceptable for that specific account and what action, if any, is required.
Do not place an unnecessary speculative trade solely because an article uses the word “active.” The proper first step is to resolve the policy's definition for the account. A trade taken without a strategy introduces a new risk while potentially failing to address the intended administrative requirement.
If support approves an arrangement, retain the written answer and its dates. An exception for one absence should not be assumed to apply to future travel or other accounts.
Graduation creates its own paperwork decision
A trader offered Funded Live may be concentrating on recent profit or upcoming travel. The separate 30-day documentation deadline can be missed even if the trading platform is checked regularly.
Create a short list of requested documents, completed items and items awaiting clarification. Use the actual graduation notice as the date reference and confirm any ambiguity about when the clock begins.
Submitting a question is not the same as submitting the required documents. Similarly, sending one document does not establish that the full package is complete. Keep acknowledgments and ask whether anything remains outstanding before relying on completion.
This is administrative preparation, not advice about which legal or financial declarations to make. Read and complete the actual onboarding documents accurately and resolve uncertain statements with the appropriate professional or the firm's verified support.
Membership billing does not pause itself
The monthly billing policy says payments recur every 30 days until passing or cancellation. Membership cannot be paused. Canceling and returning later means losing evaluation progress and starting again.
That makes an extended absence a decision about both account access and fees. Maintaining membership can continue a financial commitment; canceling ends the existing evaluation route. Neither choice should be made from the inactivity heading alone.
The cancellation instructions say trading access is closed after cancellation and advise saving desired data first. The refund policy separately warns that logging out does not cancel membership. Retain the cancellation confirmation if that is the chosen route.
Current purchase examples with AUDIT
The official pricing page publishes these regular monthly base fees. The table applies the current Compare offer's 55% rate. It does not use or stack the different public campaign shown on the homepage.
A reduced purchase price is not a renewal guarantee. Resets, later subscription charges, taxes and separate services are excluded from these discount calculations. Check the current order before paying.
