Quick answer: Traders Launch permits scalping, while its terms distinguish it from HFT-style execution. More than 10% of trades opened and fully closed within two seconds can trigger a review flag. COMPARE gives 30% off covered Futures purchase fees.

Official facts checked: 6 October 2026. The practical question is whether your trade history demonstrates the strategy you believe you are running. This guide focuses on a duration record rather than a promise that short trades automatically pass review.

Read the duration language precisely

The official terms describe scalping as trades held for 5–30 seconds and prohibit HFT-style trading. They say an account may be flagged and paused when more than 10% of trades open and fully close within two seconds. They also allow reasonable averaging, while identifying repeated additions to losing trades as a potential review issue. Hedging restrictions remain separate.

A review trigger is not a target to optimize toward. It also is not a statement that every trade above two seconds is acceptable. Record the actual strategy and execution behavior instead of changing timestamps or splitting records to make a report appear compliant.

Build a duration ledger from completed trades

Use the platform's completed-trade record where available. For each trade, record opening time, full closing time, calculated duration, instrument and net result. Keep the original export alongside your working summary so a spreadsheet mistake does not overwrite the evidence.

Example recordOpen timeFully closedDuration
A10:00:0010:00:1212 seconds
B10:05:0010:05:022 seconds
C10:10:0010:10:2525 seconds

These are invented sample timestamps for explaining the method, not observed customer trades. A partially closed position needs special care: its first exit and full exit are different events. Do not assume a platform's fill count equals the firm's trade count if the classification is unclear.

Count proportion and profit contribution separately

The published Traders Launch trigger uses the proportion of trades. It is not described as a percentage of total profit. In a hypothetical 80-trade record, nine fully closed within two seconds represent 11.25%. Eight represent 10%. The wording says more than 10%, but an exactly-at-boundary calculation is not a guarantee against review under other rules.

A small losing trade can still count in a duration record. Conversely, a large winning trade held longer does not cancel several very short trades merely because it dominates net profit. Keep the numerator and denominator visible rather than relying on a rounded dashboard percentage.

Avoid false precision from timestamp rounding

If an export records only whole seconds, note that limitation. A displayed two-second difference may conceal fractions of a second. Preserve the highest precision that the platform legitimately provides, and ask about classification when a boundary is material. Do not create artificial milliseconds to make the report look more exact.

Current purchase prices after COMPARE

The official Futures pricing page lists the following Standard configurations with an 80% split. Prices are USD one-time base fees. The calculation applies the current 30% offer once to the regular purchase fee.

Optional charges, tax and trading commissions are not included in this purchase calculation. No second promotion is stacked. The coupon does not modify the duration policy or the firm's review discretion.

Use a review packet instead of repeated order attempts

If the platform pauses an account, collect its notice, affected account ID, original trade export and your calculation. A useful question identifies the exact discrepancy: for example, whether partial exits were grouped into one trade. A general assertion that scalping is allowed does not answer a specific classification issue.

The terms describe simulated evaluation and funded-stage trading and make funding conditional on the program's review requirements. Do not treat a paid fee or a reached profit objective as an unconditional funding promise.

Connect execution checks to the purchase decision

Before buying a larger plan, examine whether your normal method can be documented clearly under these rules. More nominal buying power does not solve an execution-policy mismatch. The best practical outcome of a duration ledger may be discovering a question before spending another fee, rather than after a profitable-looking account is paused.
