Quick answer: Preserve your Breakout Prop evaluation records promptly after a breach notice. The current evaluation agreement limits post-termination access to no more than seven calendar days. That wording is not a guaranteed seven-day review period or permission to keep trading. A saved record helps you understand what happened before deciding whether another purchase makes sense.

Verified coupon code COMPARE gives 5% off evaluation base fees. The current Breakout Prop offer covers standard Classic, Pro and Turbo purchases. Official sources checked 11 October 2026.

Read the access clause carefully

Under Termination upon Breach, the Breakout Evaluation Agreement says access continues for “no more than 7 calendar days following such termination”. The current document expressly covers Classic, Pro and Turbo evaluations. Check the version attached to your purchase, particularly for a different or legacy product.

The practical recommendation is to save available records immediately. Do not wait until a personally calculated seventh-day deadline: the clause supplies an upper bound, not a promise that every screen will remain available throughout it. It does not establish a support-response deadline, an appeal window or an automatic restoration process.

This article concerns evaluation recordkeeping. It does not apply that clause to every funded account or substitute for advice about legal rights.

Build one evidence folder for the affected account

Keep account identifiers attached to the records. A useful screenshot from the wrong evaluation can make an otherwise clear explanation confusing, especially when several accounts share a login.

Use the product's available download or save options. Where a download is unavailable, retain readable screenshots and ask support how to obtain the missing record. This guide does not promise a particular export button, file format or continued historical access after closure.

Retain original files unchanged. If you make an annotated working copy, label it separately and keep the original beside it. Record the timezone displayed by each screen, and avoid cropping away the account reference or date in your private copy.

Reconstruct the sequence before judging the final balance

A later balance alone may not explain an equity-triggered event. Breakout Prop's Program Rules say daily and overall limits apply simultaneously, include open-position results in enforcement and close positions when an account breaches. A post-close screenshot can therefore describe a different moment from the first threshold crossing.

Build a short timeline rather than one large collection of unsorted images:

  1. The last clearly recorded account state before the event
  2. The relevant daily reset, if the event was close to it
  3. Orders submitted, filled, amended or cancelled
  4. Recorded fees and cash adjustments
  5. The breach message and position-closing records
  6. The first later account snapshot you retained

Mark an unknown value as unknown. For example, an execution timestamp does not automatically give the exact lowest equity reached between two screenshots. Do not fill a missing interval with an invented price path.

A timing example shows the question to ask

The daily-loss FAQ calculates the daily floor from 97% of balance at 00:30 UTC. Suppose a hypothetical account has a $10,200 reset balance: its daily floor would be $9,894.

If a later screenshot shows $9,910 equity, it establishes a $16 gap at that screenshot's time. It does not establish that equity never touched $9,894 earlier. A useful support question asks which timestamp and equity observation triggered the notice, instead of relying only on the later $9,910 figure.

This example illustrates evidence quality, not an actual trader's result or a suggested risk budget. Our Breakout Prop drawdown guide explains the underlying limit calculations.

Include charges without counting them twice

The trading-fee FAQ points to My Account > Cash Movements for the fee breakdown. Collect the actual entries relevant to the event instead of estimating every deduction from one closing trade.

A working reconciliation might have opening balance, realized trading result, separately recorded charges and closing balance. First establish whether a result field already includes those charges. Subtracting a fee again from an already-net figure creates a false discrepancy.

Keep a second column for the source of each number, such as a statement row or dated screenshot. That small addition makes the worksheet auditable and helps you distinguish a mathematical mismatch from missing information.

Send a focused question through official support

Breakout Prop's contact page provides official support and website live chat. A concise review request can identify the account, the displayed reason, the event time with timezone and the specific number or order that needs explanation.

Ask for the applicable rule, trigger time and relevant calculation. Attach only the records needed to investigate. Never include passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card details or unrelated identity documents in a general support message.

Keep the support reference with your evidence. Contacting support does not itself pause account restrictions, extend historical access, reverse a breach or create a refund entitlement. If the status is actually an inactivity suspension, use the separate Breakout Prop inactivity guide to frame the access question correctly.

Price another attempt only after the review

The official pricing page says a failed evaluation closes and another attempt requires a new purchase. These standard 80% trader-share examples show the separate purchase cost:

Standard planAccount sizeRegular fee USDCodeDiscountSaving USDCalculated final base fee USD
1-Step Pro$10,000$65.00COMPARE5%$3.25$61.75
1-Step Classic$10,000$85.00COMPARE5%$4.25$80.75

Optional upgrades and separately applicable charges are excluded. For example, two separate standard Pro purchases at the listed discount would cost $123.50 in total. The second purchase does not recover the first fee. This is spending arithmetic, not a recommendation to repurchase.

Apply COMPARE to a deliberate new purchase

  1. Choose the plan, size and profit-share option on the official site.
  2. Enter COMPARE and apply it.
  3. Confirm the 5% reduction on the evaluation base fee.
  4. Review the complete amount and terms before paying.
  5. Save the new receipt separately from the earlier account's records.

The Breakout Prop firm review compares account models. Compare Futures Prop may earn commission through qualifying links or coupon use. Evaluation capital is simulated, fees can be lost and repeated purchases do not guarantee qualification. Preserving evidence supports a clearer decision; it cannot guarantee a different account outcome.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. The current evaluation agreement sets a maximum of seven calendar days after termination. Save accessible records promptly rather than treating that wording as a guaranteed review period.

Keep the account identifier, purchase configuration, applicable rules, status notice, dated balance and equity records, orders, executions, cash movements and relevant support correspondence.

No. A later snapshot cannot establish every earlier equity value. Ask for the trigger time and calculation, and compare records from the same period.

A support request does not itself restore trading, extend access, reverse a breach or establish a refund entitlement. Seek an account-specific explanation.

At the published $65 standard base fee, the verified 5% COMPARE discount saves $3.25, giving a calculated $61.75 before optional or separately applicable charges.
